A Dallas native, Michelle played collegiate golf for the University of Texas at Dallas, where she was named Academic All-Conference Team and Women's Golf Coaches Association All-Scholar Team for all four years. She graduated magna cum laude in 2020 from UTD with a degree in Arts, Technology and Emerging Communications. Before that, she played on the Highland Park High School girl's golf team, including as captain her senior year in 2016. The HP girl's golf team won the District 6-A Tournament that year, and Michelle individually won the tournament with the best two-day score in the field. Michelle has been playing golf since she was 9 years old, growing her passion and love for the game ever since.
