Ginger Brown Lemm is a dedicated PGA member with over 25 years of commitment to golf. Hailing from Hope, Arkansas, she showcased exceptional talent, earning multiple Arkansas State Championships and achieving All-American recognition in High School. A full scholarship to the University of Texas followed, where Lemm received All-Southwest Conference honors twice and secured a senior year victory at Cedar Ridge Country Club. Her golf journey expanded beyond playing as she took on roles like head professional, PGA teaching professional, and mini-tour playing professional. Lemm's impact on the golfing community extended further as she served as the Executive Director of The First Tee of Arkansas and became a prominent figure in coaching at the highest level of Division I. As head coach, Lemm guided the Mississippi State University women's golf team to unprecedented heights, elevating them from a ranking of 130 to claim the #1 spot in two recruiting classes among 270 NCAA Division I programs. Her team consistently ranked within the top 40 of the US Collegiate system, setting new records in individual and team categories. Under her leadership, Mississippi State achieved a best-ever sixth-place finish at the NCAA National Championship in 2014. Lemm's coaching prowess extended to nurturing players who excelled on tours worldwide, including the LPGA, TLPGA, KLPGA, and various mini tours. Notably, she coached Ally McDonald Ewing, a multiple LPGA winner and member of prestigious teams like the Curtis Cup and Solheim Cup. Her contributions to women's golf education were evident in her players' accomplishments, with numerous All-Americans, All-SEC players, and academic honorees. Lemm's team also earned recognition for their community service and academic achievements. Beyond golf, Lemm emphasized the value of education, successfully completing a Master of Science in Workforce Education Leadership with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Acknowledged for her impact, Lemm was among the inaugural inductees into the Hope High School Hall of Fame and received honors from the Arkansas State Golf Association and Golf Digest. Outside the golf world, Lemm enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her husband, Floyd, who has been involved in golf course construction. They take pride in their children's achievements: Parker, an Environmental Scientist in Houston, Texas, and Paige, a recent Communications graduate from Sam Houston State University.
