Dan Shea graduated from the PGA program at Campbell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and was elected to PGA Membership in 2007. Dan is the director of Golf at MHSG-Greenbrier, Chesapeake, Virginia.

Dan is a Co-Owner of Michelle Holmes School of Golf. Michelle and Dan began the school knowing they wanted to make a difference in each child’s life. Their mission is to create experiences that will encourage kids to play the game forever. Michelle Holmes School of Golf has grown to see over 500 juniors each year. This demand has led to the opening of three locations; MHSG @ Greenbrier CC, MHSG @Lambert’s Point GC, and MHSG @ Kempsville Greens GC. Dan is the Director of Instruction at MHSG – Greenbrier and also spends some time teaching at MHSG – Lambert’s Point.

Dan was the recipient of the 2016 MAPGA Youth Development Award. In 2018, Dan was named one of U.S Kids Golf Top 50 Instructors.
