Born in Washington DC as the oldest of 5 kids, Mike took up golf at 14 years old and immediately became a student of the game of golf. He always helped his friends become better golfers from then to 2016 when he decided to teach professionally. Mike also taught his daughter Lauren from a very early age and she became a 2.1 handicap by the time she was 13 years old practicing on a very limited basis. She won 38 out of 53 junior tournaments. Heavily influenced by some of the finest teachers in the game like Lee Trevino, Bob Toski, and his teachers Billy Wolfe, Dale Leith, and Todd Howard, Coach Mike helps students break 100, 90, 80, 70, or just enjoy the game even more.
