Ashley Wood, a PGA of America Professional and a certified fitness professional, returns to the Lake Tahoe community of Incline Village after serving as the Head PGA Professional and Director of Fitness at the prestigious Presidio Golf & Concordia Club in San Francisco, from 2016-2019. Wood a native to Incline Village started both skiing and golfing at a young age and has always loved the Tahoe lifestyle. After graduating from Incline High School, she then earned a spot on the San Diego State University (SDSU) Division I Women’s Golf team and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. She then attended graduate school at SDSU earning a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with emphasis in athletic development and sports and exercise psychology. Ashley also was an Assistant Golf Professional at the non-profit Pro Kids –The First Tee of San Diego as well as Assistant Women’s Golf Coach at her alma mater SDSU. She has a passion for helping others live a happy and healthy lifestyle through the game of golf and is very excited to be back in her hometown where she can give back to a community that gave her so much.
