Laura Holmes is the Director of Instruction at Michelle Holmes School of Golf at Kempsville Greens Golf Club, Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Laura was recruited in 2006 to play College Golf for Old Dominion University (Norfolk, VA). After 4 years of balancing Division 1 Golf and Academics, Laura graduated with a Degree in Sports Management.

After graduation, she interned at The Princess Anne Country Club in Virginia Beach where she remained until 2015. She left there to become the Director of Instruction at Michelle Holmes School of Golf at Kempsville Greens Golf Club. 

The Michelle Holmes School of Golf mission is to “create experiences that encourage kids to want to play the game FOREVER”. The MHSG Team live by this mission every day by providing a fun and inviting environment for Pee Wees and juniors of all ages.

Along with being a U.S Kids Certified Coach, Laura also took a position with U.s Kids Golf as a Local Tour Director for the Richmond area beginning in 2016. Most recently she became a director for the U.S Kids State Championship, U.S Kids Regional Championship and the U.S Kids World Championship.
