On a mission to make an impact in the lives of those who love golf, I view my coaching career as an honor and a challenge. At the core, it’s about the fact that my students are people are trusting me with their kids, taking time off from work, or giving up leisure time to be on the lesson tee with me - so no matter how tired or busy I might be, or what the skill level of the student is, my job is to concentrate hard and find a way to get results for my students.
My coaching philosophy summed up in short would be: Competence over style. Function over form. If it’s good enough, we don’t change it just for the sake of looking better. If we do need to make changes, my goal is to take the least invasive approach possible to achieve the goal. So what is the definition of good enough?….we determine this together by conducting a variety of performance assessments, which allow us to benchmark current and future performance vs the students goals for their game.
